Feel right at home in our centrally located, completely remodeled home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. Roast smores over the built in outdoor fireplace, or soak in the private HOT TUB! Reclining movie couch with 55" TV, office area, & board games in the basement. Hiking trails nearby. Explore Garden of the Gods, drive to the top of Pikes Peak, and take a visit at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Located just East of Downtown, a hop and skip away are breweries, restaurants, and cafes.

Quiet, safe family neighborhood centrally located and close to Patty Jewett Golf Course. Only a 5 min drive to downtown Colorado Springs. Patty Jewett Municipal Course is a short, 5 min drive from the house. There are 2 living areas in this home, giving everyone plenty of space.

The main level is great for entertaining. The kitchen bar has seating for 2 and the dining table seats 6. Your entire group will love hanging out together in this space. On the upper level, you have access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, dinging area, front porch and the back patio and yard. Down to the lower level living space is the Master suite with office space, one bathroom, the laundry room, play area, and a spacious movie area with reclining couch in view of 55” TV.

Outdoor spaces are what Colorado is all about! The renovated back yard is a great place to relax and take in what Colorado has to offer. Gather around the built in gas fire pit, soak in the private/secluded hot tub, grill out on the gas BBQ, and enjoy dinner at the outdoor picnic table. Whether it's coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening, this will be your favorite space to relax!

Bedrooms

The bedrooms feature brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. There are two bedrooms with king beds at this property. There are side tables with lamps, and the a desk in the basement master, allowing for plenty of privacy while working. The queen bedroom is on the upper level, has side tables with lamps. The "bunkroom" is a twin over twin bunk bed.

Children

Those travelling with little ones will love that we have a pack n play and high chair. We also have kids plates, cups and flatware.

Laundry

There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board onsite. We provide a few laundry pods for you to use.

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms with full size bathtub and shower. We provide spa quality bodywash, hand soap, cotton swabs and extra rolls of toilet paper.

Parking

The private driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles for off-street parking. There is plenty of additional free street parking right out front.

Outdoor

A large front porch with plenty of seating and well landscaped front yard. The back yard has an outdoor picnic table for adults and matching picnic table for kids. The backyard is fully fenced (Perfect for pets!) and has a large gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit, and private/secluded hot tub!

Perfect in every way!

Wonderful stay for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. They really have thought of everything you could need and then some! The house is adorable and clean and the backyard was very enjoyable. It's a nice central location to everything we wanted to do in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was centrally located and was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The hot tub and fire pit were an added plus to relax in the evening. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The house has been very nicely updated on the inside. The basement has a very large comfy couch and a nice big flatscreen tv. The hot and fire pit are awesome as well.

Beautiful Home!

This property was very cozy and a great location! We had plenty of space. Upstairs was decorated very nicely with the hand painted flowers on the walls (loved this). The rooms were bright and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues with sound as far as us being downstairs and friends upstairs. Beds were really comfortable. We visit Colorado Springs somewhat frequently so I will be looking at this location for our next stay when we bring our kids.

Perfect little gem

Cute, clean, bright and cheery little house. Awesome showers, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, huge counter top space, great hot tub and outdoor fireplace. This house was perfect for our family of 6. After going out sight-seeing for the day, it was perfect to come back here to grill food, soak in the hot tub, sit by the fire and relax. Everything we could ask for....even a view of Pikes Peak out the kitchen window. For being right in a busy neighborhood area, we watched four huge deer walk right down the street past the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for us! My teenage daughter and friend claimed the downstairs, but we all spent most of our time down there unless we were outside enjoying the hot tub/view/backyard! My dogs especially liked the big backyard, they were able to run and play! The host were amazing telling us about some spots to hit, they responded quickly and were very accommodating! I really loved all the signs around the house as well! The beds were comfy, showers were great, plenty of towels, kitchen items, games…they really thought of everything! Plus the view out the back was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home over the summer. The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard ammentities. The neighborhood was a little noisy and a 15-20 min drive from most of the activities we did while on vacation but overall a great home.

Phenomenal stay

This was a great stay! It’s in a neat part of town and this house had it all; hot tub, large basement living room and 2 king bedrooms as well as two others. We brought our kids and really enjoyed the homey feel. There’s a beautiful backyard that is very thoughtfully laid out. We would definitely stay again!

Super cute well appointed property

The Foote House was a great stay. We were here for six nights and the house was perfect. An older property that has been thoughtfully renovated and well decorated. We really didn’t want for anything here and our stay was clean and comfortable. We had elderly parents with us and they had no problem with accessibility and were very comfortable. The property appears to be on a busy corner but quite the contrary. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were not worried about security. While we didn’t get a chance to use any of the outdoor amenities such as hot tub, fire pit or grill the back yard was very well thought out and looked like a comfortable and relaxing space. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and spacious. We loved the quiet neighborhood and fenced in back yard for our dog. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and visited Garden of the Gods. It was absolutely beautiful. Our son attended a volleyball training program at the Olympic Center so that was amazing to watch. Very beautiful area and this home was perfect for my family.
