🚭No Smoking: If smoking is found to have occurred inside the home, you may be subject to a deep cleaning fee.
⏲️Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout time will be subject to additional fees.

Other things to note
We are not 420 friendly. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside, please. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
We use cameras outdoors and in the garage but never inside. The hot tub is not within view of any camera.
The indoor fireplace is currently decorative and not safe for use.
For your comfort and safety the home is protected with an alarm system. We'll give guests instructions about how to arm and disarm the alarm.
