Policies:
--Fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. Please reference Teller County sheriff`s office website for current fire ban laws.
--At this elevation you don`t need AC! It stays much cooler at 8,000 ft and open windows keeps it comfortable on a summer day.

Parking:
There is free parking for 4 vehicles. There are two separate parking areas. 4WD/AWD is recommended for winter months. This property is easily accessible. Roads are well maintained and we do have snow removal when it snows 4`+.
