"Computers went down whilst we were there. People could not check in and we were locked out of our room. Very unfortunate.
They seemed very short staffed. No new towels or anything for our room. Never even came by. 5 days.
Breakfast was so so. Could have been hotter. Terri was great in the breakfast area. They ran out of food a few days. Poor management?
Wanted to utilize the restaurant but they were out of almost everything and it was early Friday night. Again, poor management on a holiday weekend and a packed hotel.
Hotel has promise as the atrium is really cute and in a great location. Hope they get it together."
