Whether you are here for a military graduation, a family reunion, or a mountain adventure, you never actually have to leave the property to have a vacation. With a custom mini-golf course, a panoramic sauna, a climbing wall for the kids, and a luxury hot tub, this home is a destination in itself.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 11-12) We offer ample space for families to spread out across two levels.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level Master): King Bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Master Bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen Bed, Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Twin-over-Queen Bunk Bed (Great for kids or a couple + child).

Bedroom 4 (Basement Level): King Bed, Smart TV, Dedicated Office Workspace.

Additional Sleeping: Queen Sofa Bed in the basement living room.

Bathrooms: Master Ensuite, plus a full bathroom on the main floor.

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE Our backyard is a private amusement park.

Wellness: Relax in the 6-8 person Hot Tub or detox in the stunning Panoramic Sauna.

Games: Play a round on the custom Mini-Golf Course, challenge the family to Giant Chess, Bocce Ball, Hopscotch, or Connect 4.

Dining: Full outdoor dining area with a BBQ Grill and a Fire Pit for evening s'mores.

Play: A playset/swing for the younger kids.

THE ADVENTURE SHED A unique feature you won't find elsewhere! We’ve converted the outdoor shed into a kids' paradise featuring a Climbing Wall, monkey bars, climbing rope, a play couch, LED games, and a library of books.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home, the backyard, the adventure shed, and the driveway.
Other things to note
A standard rental agreement will be provided and the guest must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions if planning to use the climbing wall.

Any smoking must be done outdoors not in the backyard. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 fee is charged if there is evidence of smoke in the house.
