⤃ Colorado Hideaway! 2 BR, 1.5 Bath w/AC Sleeps 6!

You will LOVE our 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse! We remodeled EVERYTHING in the unit from top to bottom including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new carpet, new tile floors, & new appliances. The unit is 916 square feet, & we have AC units in each bedroom & the living room, which more than adequately cools the place. We have a full kitchen (incl coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge), washer/dryer, dining room area, cable TV (Smart TV), King Bed in Master, Wifi, & Sleeper Sofa.

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

Amazing little town house

Perfect for a little weekend trip! Very clean property and had good amount of parking if you have two cars with you. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a getaway!

Spring break trip with my son! Easy to find, well set up, great amenities. The beds were awesome! We traveled many places in the area and this was a great location to get to quickly.

A family visit

Our stay was great, all the way around. Clean, cozy, nice amenities, great location and super nice host. We even had permission to have a sleepover with our grandchildren. We hope to stay there again!

Perfect townhouse

The property was perfect for our family. The welcome into the house was incredible. Love the fact that there is coffee, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, and toiletries you might have forgot. This was a great stay!!

Was the perfect place for just me for the 2mo I was there. Had everything I could have needed, plus some. Price was great for what I got. The location was great. Right down the road from everything. The Perfect Spot

Just the right size for our group with a great location close to everything we needed. Lots of special touches including many amenities and kitchen essentials. Relaxing stay in the Springs

The property is just as described. Very clean and easy to access. Plenty of room for 3 of us with the pullout couch. Extra bonus was they provided fixings for a meal and snack! Tracy was easy to work with and checked in on us a few times. We will stay here again when in the area.

Excellent communication

Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning. We were so pleased that they provided coffee, dish soap and laundry pods. Many place's don't do this, and it was so nice to not have to go buy everything to keep the place clean. The coffee was a bonus since we got in late & didn't have time to shop before going there. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for our family of 4

This was a well kept condo. It is just as described. I wish the bed matress was better. It was a great place for us while we explored Colorado Springs and its many ourdoor attractions. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices, pots and pans, which worked out great for us. Checkout instructions weren't complicated. We would stay again.

We had everything we needed to prepare. Breakfast, which was the only meal we had at the unit. Coffee was provided by the host, which was greatly appreciated. Unit had laundry facilities and a dishwasher. Only suggestion would be a grab bar for the shower...the porcelain tub is pretty slippery and there wasn't a mat in the tub or a bar to hold onto as we got in and out.

Three Week Stay

This unit was very nice. It was equipped with everything you may need. These owners went above and beyond with furnishing the kitchen. We had an issue, contacted the owner and they responded and fixed it immediately. We will definitely stay there again!

It was clean and comfortable. The discription did not indicate that the main bathroom was upstairs. We had a person in our party that was unable to climb the stairs. A member of our group also developed an allergic reaction to something in the house.

We love Colorado Springs

Great time in Colorado Springs. Property had everything we needed. Kids loved playing at the local park. Almost all the sites we visited were a short drive away. Tracy reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
