Quiet neighborhood

The entire process has been a joy. Very responsive host who was extremely accommodating for our needs. House was very clean, plenty of room and things to do. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Fit

Our groups trip to Colorado was made comfortable by this house. Great price, easy to access location, very clean and organized with clear labels and instructions to navigate the home and furnishings. Al the teens said they rated thier good night sleep as a 9 out of 10. They enjoyed the space and the location. Fit our needs perfectly.

We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host?
