This home was built in 2016 and comes with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Home is as gorgeous as it is comfortable. Located within minutes of Peterson AFB & Schriever AFB. Along with a shopping centers and restaurants. Short drive from incredible hiking areas, such as The Incline, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Helen hunt, Seven Bridges, Cave of the winds. Within easy access and no traffic congestion of the famous Cheyenne Zoo with spectacular views,The Broadmoor, Pikes Peak. Professionally managed and cleaned. Don't hesitate to reach out. Colorado Springs never disappointsand this house was amazing. Perfect location that was central to everything. The kitchen was packed with helpful things and there were so many extras. The backyard was great for the pup as well!

Spacious house with everything you would need for your stay. Ample towels and linens. Great backyard for the dogs to play. The playroom was a wonderful addition for our grandchildren. It was the perfect house for our family who gathered for our daughter’s wedding week!

Very spacious & clean with all the comforts of home. Jose was very easy to communicate with & very accommodating with a late check-out time. More amenities than we expected as we cooked most of our meals in the home. Quiet neighborhood with a nice private back yard. We would highly recommend this location and would visit again if we are in the area.

Myself and 10 of my friends had an amazing stay. Big Open spaces to relax after a full day of riding. The outdoor space and fire pit was perfect.

Jose has a very nice house, we only used a little of it because only my husband and me. But the large yard is perfect has grass and a nice fence for our two dogs. The house had extras, too, my husband forgot his toothbrush but there was one in the drawer.

We loved loved loved this home. We have a large family and this house was perfect for everyone. Home was beautiful, very comfy beds, kitchen was huge, fully equipped with everything we needed., a living room on the main level as well as one upstairs with very comfy furniture. Backyard view was stunning. Look no further for a house in Colorado Springs, this house has it all. Also very nice having full access to the garage, complete with a garage door opener. We are 110% happy!

The house was exactly what we needed. It was in a very good neighborhood and located to many retail establishments. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We definitely we try and rent this place again when we visit Colorado Springs.

This home had everything we needed and more. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and in a safe neighborhood with a Mountain View. Plenty of room- 2 family rooms with smart tvs. 1st floor bedroom and 3/4 bath. Lots of extras like cozy blankets, theater seating, and incredibly comfortable beds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for thinking of all the details so we didn’t have to!

The house is lovely, we loved the layout of the entire house, well stock with everything you need, toys for kids to play with. Easy access to Restaurants, grocery store, breweries, and many other location in Colorado Springs. Easy walk to park for kids. We enjoyed our time very much.
