For the property to be considered luxury, a lot of work will need to be done. Upon checking in I noted, the bed linens to be dingy-did not look fresh at all, the carpet was also with smudge, water stains on most surfaces-giving it an unclean appearance. There was a strong sewerage smell through the room and it was very pungent in the bathroom. Overall the room was not at all luxury so lower your expectations while booking. The lobby was not decorated with any Christmas lights or ornaments like most hotel lobbies especially ones that are supposed to be luxe. I went to the restaurant before checking out and there was only one table sitting…the staff uniforms were with stains and because of the lack of ambience and consistent lack of detail throughout my stay, I decided to go to Four Seasons for brunch instead. Rooms need to be refreshed. Get into the details if you want to be a luxury hotel.

Very nice hotel. Pricey. Parking is very expensive. And this hotel is not in Georgetown in my opinion. But it is close and walkable. Convenient area of downtown to walk around and not too far to the monuments. Comfortable rooms.

Clean, luxurious accommodations, perfect location

room was great, bed was comfy - room was very clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was "meh" (quality of food/value for price) - all else was fantastic!

I am so glad that we stayed her before my friends wedding. Plenty of space to move around.
