Welcome to Crystal Blue Beach House!

Come enjoy and relax at Colonial Beach, the second-largest sand beach in Virginia. Located in a quiet neighborhood, less than a mile away from the center of the beach and downtown attractions. Perfect for a family getaway! You will love this charming 2 story house with a wrap-around porch. Make yourself at home with 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, with an office/den that accommodates up to 6 guests.
The space
The first floor has a fully equipped living room with a 42-inch TV with an Amazon Firestick and DVDs. Lots of board games for the family to enjoy. Accessible ping pong table is included, to challenge the family to a night of ping pong. Test your culinary skills in our beautiful cozy gourmet-like kitchen with a farmhouse stainless steel sink and appliances. All your cooking needs (pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, kids' plates/cups, wine glasses) A Keurig coffee machine with complimentary k-cups coffee, and tea. There is a dining room right next to the kitchen, along with a master bedroom located on the first floor with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with his and her sinks, and a walk-in closet. A half bathroom, washer/dryer conveniently located on the first floor, next to a side door for easy access to the backyard. The backyard has a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal or just have a night out under the stars. There is also a shed located in the backyard that has small beach chairs and a beach umbrella that you may use at the beach.

On the second floor, you will find a full bathroom with his and her sinks, 2 bedrooms, and a business office/den (Perfect for remote working/virtual learning). The 1st bedroom has a queen-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed and a futon couch that turns into a twin-size bed. The office is equipped with high-speed internet and a computer desk where you can set up your laptop to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Complimentary: Keurig pods (coffee, tea), sugar, paper towels, and toilet paper.

The house has a driveway that can fit 4 medium size vehicles.
Guest access
The best way to get around Colonial Beach is with a Golf Cart. Our Town is cart friendly and their is a Golf Cart on site available with a significant discount for our valued guest. We encourage our guest to reserve in advance due to high demand. *must sign a waiver form before renting.

Other things to note
Dog friendly. Dogs allowed on approval with a pet fee of $50 (one time charge, NOT per night). For longer stays, pet fee is $50 per week. No more than 1 well trained dog. Dogs under 50 lbs only. The pet charge will be collected after you have made your reservation. Please let us know if you will be brining your dog when requesting reservation. Please read our Pet Policy under House Rules.
