「This location is very tucked away deep into a hilly little neighborhood. The driveway is steep for nervous drivers but for us it was perfect. The house was clean and well-kept. The bathroom was large for the space. We attended a wedding very close to the location so it was convenient.」

「We had a family reunion with 21 people stay at Forest Cottage. There was plenty of space, our children ages 1-11 loved the “park” as they called it, which was the large, completely fenced play area out front which we could watch them play from the front deck or from the many windows in the house. 「Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. Really enjoyed the animals and meeting the desert tortoise. 100% will stay again in the future.」

「Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice.」

「Can't say enough good things about this place. It is in a great location, accessible to so many places. The house is larger than we thought. We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and never once felt crowded. The toddlers loved the backyard and were constantly running around back there thoroughly enjoying themselves. Even used the grill one night and ate outside enjoying the night. Already recommended it to others that have large extended families visit and need a place like this.」

「We visited with old family, and met new family in this quiet, beautiful location. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was plenty big enough to cook for everyone, and there was even extra room in the fridge in the garage. We did have one minor issue with a water leak, but it was quickly addressed by the hosts who were incredibly responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a beautiful location in the Auburn area.」

「Bed was Good not great. The walls were very thin could hear people talking in the next rooms, walking, running in the rooms above, toilets flushing and running water. Overall, the hotel was Good! "客室内の設備が故障し、交換を求めたところ、対応できないと断られた。片手で持つことができる程度の小さな備品であり、対応できないこと自体が不思議でならない。 翌日、メンテナンスの係員が故障していることを確認した上で、１０分も経たずに新たしい備品を届けに来た。 どのような理由があるのかは知らないが、客の要望に誠意を持って応えようとする様子が見て取れない。 客室の広さ、清掃状態等は一般的なレベル。ただし、客室の窓からは、目の前のハイウェイを走る車の音が一晩中入ってくるので、睡眠に支障がある。 宿泊客への対応や騒音がひどいので、次回の利用はないと思う。"
