大聖堂が見えるホテル

大聖堂まで徒歩3分程度とすごく近いホテルです。高級感があり、とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。またホテルの裏側にはライン川が流れ、川沿いにカフェもありとても良い雰囲気でした。

駅からは少しわかりにくい立地条件である事とホテルの前の道路工事が長時間続いていたことがネックですが部屋は快適でホテル従業員の対応もフレンドリーで良かったです。

全体としては好印象のホテル

極めてきれいで清潔なホテルだった。フロントの対応も親切かつ丁寧で良かった。ただ、入口とは逆側の部屋に割り当てられると、（窓を開けた場合）酔っ払いの叫び声などが朝方までうるさく、閉口した。

中央駅から徒歩７～８分の便利なホテル

ケルン大聖堂、ローマン・ゲルマン博物館、ケルン中央駅、ライン川のすべてが徒歩圏内です。設備が多少古いため、外観、室内等の寂れた感じは否めませんが、スタッフの対応、ハウスキーピングは問題ありません。また、朝食も種類が豊富で楽しめました。

ホテルはケルン中央駅からほど近いところにあり、市内および近郊へのアクセスも便利で設備もよい。ベッドメイキングの時間が日によって異なること、シャンプーなどの配備が不十分な日があったことが惜しまれる。

立地抜群！でも静か

中央駅から徒歩3分程度、現在道路が工事中なので歩きにくいのですが、ホテルの立地は抜群！周辺にケルシュビールを楽しめるお店もいっぱいあります。ケルンフィルが真ん前なので、2月の真冬の夜でもコートを着ずにコンサートに行けちゃいます。１ＦＣケルンも観戦しましたが、7～8分歩南に歩いてトラムに乗ればＯＫ。お部屋は狭いのですが機能的、客層も良く、朝食会場のフレンチレストランも上品でした。お部屋からケルン大聖堂がちょっと見えたので、朝晩眺めてました。

大聖堂近くのホテル

ケルン大聖堂から5分圏内と観光地からもケルン駅からも近い利便性のよいホテルでした。内装も家具もとてもかわいく品のよいものでした。ただ無線LANがないところが海外からの旅行者にとって優しくないなと感じました。

コンパクトながら清潔、快適な空間

部屋は狭いですが、綺麗で快適なホテルです。朝食もメニューこそ少ないものの、自ら切り落とすタイプの生ハムや、シャンパンもあり、充実、美味です。クロワッサンも他の５つ星ホテルを凌ぐものです。

立地：ケルン駅が近く、大聖堂も近いので目印には困らない。また、周辺にレストランが多く、飲食の条件も整っている。施設：きれい。清掃状態も良好。ホテルの食事：マッシュルームの炒め物、はちみつの塊が絶品。チーズや生ハムを自分で切り取れるのも素晴らしかった。

とにかく故障が多いというのが印象。　部屋数に対しエレベーターの数が少なく２基しかない。そのうち、１基が終日故障、いつも大混雑で乗れず、重い荷物を持って階段を上り下りする羽目に、他のゲストも同様。また、泊まった部屋は、ドアノブにかなりガタがあり、開かないこともシバシバ。チェックアウトの後に、直した方がいいとコメントしたら、あらそう、という感じでした。多分、すべてが万事そうなので、設備のメンテナンスは最低と思った方が良い。場所は便利なので、いいと思いますが、それ以外には魅力がない。

良いホテルでした

中央駅から徒歩で行ける場所です。木を多く使用しているので日本人は落ち着くかもしれません。ツインで予約したところ、当日はトリプルルームとなり広い部屋でよかったです。ちょうど改装中のため、廊下からいくつかの部屋の工事している状況が見えました。バスタブが無かったのが残念ですが、それ意外は快適に過ごせました。

部屋から大聖堂が見える絶好のロケーション

すべての部屋からではないが、部屋から大聖堂が見える絶好のロケーションにあるので、ドームが見える部屋をリクエストするといいと思います。ベッドに寝頃がりながらドームが眺められたのはよかったです。近くにはレストランもたくさんあり、川にも歩いていけます。ただ、少し残念だったのは、ロビーのPCが日本語が表示されないものであったことと、3階の部屋のWiFiが弱く、接続が難しかったことです。

狭いけど便利

シャワーの出はイマイチですが、ケルン中央駅から５分位でとても便利な場所です。美術館の隣で窓から（部屋によりますが）大聖堂が見えます。裏側に少し歩くとライン川で広場を散歩したりお茶したりのんびりできてよかった。はじめてホテルに行く時、トンネルの道を始め駅を背に左側を歩いてしまったらライン川に出てしまい迷いました。信号渡って右の道を通りトンネルを出て左に渡ると目の前です。部屋は狭いですが、従業員の対応もよく快適。深夜は入口が締まる時がありますがカードキーで開きます。ルームサービス等はちょっと高めです。

いいホテルです。

ホテル自体はケルン中央駅にも近く、ロケーションもよく、ほかも基本的にオール５ですが、工事中だったのが残念です。朝食も高めだったので、駅の売店で買いました。ケルン市内のホテル全般が高めですね。首都のベルリンの方が、はるかにリーズナブルです。

Fantastic hotel.

A fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The staff were really good and very understanding when my friend managed to lose his key TWICE during our stay. The staff dealt with him in good humour, without doubt I would stay here again.

One of the friendliest check in experiences I have had in years of world wide travel.The staff was helpful and had a sense of humor The hotel was quiet, very cleann and thre service and food for dinner was outstanding.

This place was a short walk from the train station and right next to the concert hall where I saw my son play with the Chicago Symphony! The Köln Cathedral was also a short walk away as well as the Old City where I dined at the great Peters Brauhaus.
