Beautiful new hotel. Cool design&vibe and staff were very friendly.

Their bar/restaurant was not open and that was not noted when making the reservation. They served for a couple of hours in a small section of it only. Breakfast room service menu is too fancy, no cereals, yogurt parfait, poached eggs etc. The hotel and rooms are very dated...needs a complete makeover. Were directed to park in underground instead of in the normal outdoor parking, which is much more convenient. The staff was very good and the neighborhood is lovely and it's very close to a subway, which helped make it ok.

I enjoyed how close it was to the CN Centre, Roger’s and the Convention Centre.

Not very helpful front desk and attention to Customer service.
