"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the general look was nice and staff were super friendly and welcoming, however the room was in a bad spot and privacy was a factor. I had the room next to the linen room and it was loud most mornings and im relation to privacy i couldn't have the blinds open as people were constantly walking past and looking into the room. The aircon was also very loud and being as humid Sydney has been over summer it was hard to sleep at night. "

"We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced at all during the week. Towels were never changed, and we had to call and request clean ones while the used towels remained on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel stay. The windows were locked, which meant we had no access to fresh air or ventilation. Additionally, the dishwasher was dirty upon arrival. The buttons were visibly filthy and could have used a proper disinfectant clean to remove the built-up grime. On a positive note, although reception calls are directed through a call centre, the response to our requests was prompt once we made contact. Overall, the apartment was comfortable in terms of space, but improvements in housekeeping and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"I did not like how they photocopied my credit cards and my drivers license also room was small, toilet was up against the sink, and was too close to the train tracks "

"We didn't physically meet the host. The unit was in a good position to suit our requirements. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and tools. No problem with noise from neighbours. "

"There is a sign on the small, pre-fab bathroom door directing you to have the door closed while showering, to prevent steam falsely triggering the fire alarm detector - however the extractor vent in the bathroom is actually blowing air into the bathroom rather than extracting the steam - therefore the bathroom becomes a sauna when showering."
