The check-in was impersonal because you check in by a computer. There was only two people working the lobby with one managing check outs and the others taking bar orders which created line ups on both sides and no one available to ask questions to. So, overall a clean hotel and great location but understaffed.

Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

8.4/10 Very Good! (2,062 reviews)
"Best place to stay as we were catching an early flight. It is connected to the airport terminal 4. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are flying through Heathrow airport."
