"1- Reservation online said what you see is what you pay. I paid $30.00 more than what I saw. There were added fees that were not on the hotels.com website, plus a $50.00 security deposit. We are senior citizens not college kids. I really would like a refund of $30.00. 2-Check in was ok but the guy ..."

"Neither I nor my wife could figure out how to use TV remote to select a channel to watch. Since we were very busy in Hillsdale we did not ask the staff how it works, In any case the remote was different from any remote I ever saw."

"Really liked the comfort and coziness of the room, the refrigerator and microwave made it convenient for us to be able to bring snacks from home.
