"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten.Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor.Der Blick über den See ist wunderschön. Auch ist es trotz der Enge der Häuser angenehm ruhig.Auch hatten wir täglich Besuch von Schwänen. Einfach schön so nah Natur zu erleben. Auch die Umgebung hat sich superschön entwickelt. Einziges Manko, die vielen Lichtschalter mir integriertem Licht. Des Weiteren war da obere Schlafzimmer leider nicht komplett abzudunkeln."

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"The location was absolutely fantastic with everything we needed just a short walk away, and we really liked the convenience of the electronic entry system, no keys to worry about. "Great place for a long or short stay. Well equipped and pleasant. Close to the bus stop and the S-bahn. There is no ticket kiosk at the S-bahn, but you can buy tickets and passes online. Check-in was a wee bit tricky as we needed to phone the proprietor for her to meet us at the apartment, and it will help significantly if you speak German."
