The pictures depicting the hotel seem fraudulent and I feel totally misled. It looks like a neglected, abandoned hostel and we chose not to stay there. Please read reviews before booking as I didn’t. I would pay £70 NOT to stay there

7/10 Good! (26 reviews)
The Internet was down when I checked. Which was sorted promptly and a member of staff came to let me know. It was remote check in . No staff to see. But the staff was efficient and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and seamed to have been recently refurbished. It was above a restaurant that I never found to be open. There was a bar on site that was quiet and never disturbed me.
My only issue with the area was I struggle to get food that I as okay with
As I can have a delicate stomach. I'm not sure on afghan food. But a busy food street 15 min walk way.

5.8/10 (255 reviews)
The room wasn't clean. Beds were made, clean towels but the bath panel and floor was thick with dust and there was toothpaste on the unit around the sink. No toilet roll either. Walls are paper thin and I had to tell some inconsiderate person who was chatting loudly in the hallway at 11pm too. Loud snoring from one side and can hear next door running their water as well which was extremely loud too. Lifts didn't work. Generally tired and dated hotel

"This hotel has many positives-the location; facilities; it has a lift & is fully accessible; the staff (apart from the manager) are really lovely & helpful...but there are serious shortfalls. We paid for dinner in advance, understanding that the pre-payment bought an evening meal, but they simply ..."
