The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with a television area and a comfortable dining area. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with everything necessary for your meals: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more. 🍽️🛏️
It is accessed by a compact rural path of about three kilometres, with some irregular sections, so it is not recommended for sports or low-profile vehicles. The plot is fully fenced, with parking for two cars, ensuring safety and comfort. 🚗🌳
The location is perfect for nature lovers, situated just 1 km from the Río Grande and natural trails, ideal for outdoor activities and for families with children.
