No face washers provided. No shower gel in the dispenser in shower and limited handwashing soap in the bathroom dispenser. Was clean but the floor and bedside tables felt sticky. Bed was comfortable. Grateful for the fan and air-conditioning.

Room was nice and clean. Parking was right outside room & plenty of room to unpack car. Bathroom was nice. Having a microwave, toaster & kettle with a good size fridge was great. Check in was quick & easy.

Owners were helpful advising where to park my car and trailer. Lucky there was only one of us with a trailer or otherwise the next would be out on the street. Bathroom is small. Everything else was Ok for an overnight stay. The price reflects the motel

The property definitely needs an upgrade as it is quite run down in areas but it was very clean and beds were quite comfy. It was ok for a stopover. The traffic noise is quite bad so some soundproofing would be nice. There is a microwave in the room which is great but my only suggestion is that they should maybe have some plates and cutlery in the room. The gentleman at reception was straight to business and not overly friendly or talkative.

Check in was quick and easy and operators accomodating when needed to upgrade to a bigger room. The room had an overpowering smell of bleach for the whole time we were there, the air con is on a hard timer so on hot nights, you’re woken up by being hot and sweaty as there are no accessible windows to open, the bunk beds were unstable and the linen was dirty and had visible bugs. We also had other guests attempting to open our door whilst staying. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Booked on the day of travel while I was transiting north; $200 per night for a run down motel room was not value for money. The good - room and bathroom were clean. The bad - the bed was OLD, uncomfortable; the ceiling fan was noisy Most concerning was that in the shower was the AC duct!!!!! The duct runs from the compressor outside to the to the head unit on the adjacent wall. In the duct is the AC gas pipes - AND 240V electrical cable. That is just plain unsafe and dangerous!

This old style motel is very basic. On the plus side our room had new carpet, new bedding, a new bar fridge and modern style toilet. There was tea, coffee, milk portions and biscuits. Most importantly it was clean. What wasn’t so good was the small bedroom with little space around the very hard bed and large, mostly empty bathroom. Having a cupboard or bench in the empty space that I guess used to be a bath would have been a lot more convenient than balancing our toiletries on the shower chair. The hot water is not so hot. A picture on the wall, a plant, any decoration would have been an improvement on the bare decor and made the room seem more inviting. I was woken up twice during the night by the person staying in the room above me, by them just walking around so there’s not much soundproofing. Also room 11 is next to the stairs, and again I was woken up by people leaving via the stairs. For one night this motel is just ok - it’s as expected for the price.

Property is in need of considerable upgrade. Facilities are dated. As with all motels generally, it is meant to be non smoking. In the room next door there was a heavy smoker with the smell penetrating our room. It is two level. The room above us was noisy only because of the structure. The guests were not a problem just that whenever they moved around, we could hear it below.

Beds were not comfortable. Place could do with a facelift, facilities seem overdone. Parking is tight for large vehicles. Outside light beams through bedrooms, can be annoying when you’re not a deep sleeper. Location is directly off the main highway, so it’s convenient for an over nighter but nothing more.
