「Property needs minor updating. Listed as 4 bedroom, however the bunkbeds are accessed thru another bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us since kids stayed with parents. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has queen & double, 3rd has bunkbeds & 2 doubles. Pool is very nice, adequate seatimg outside. Dining area seats 12. Living area has 1 sectional sofa. Overall we enjoyed our stay, check-in & check-out was easy.」

「Worst Hotel I’ve ever booked we ended up leaving 10 mins after checking in room was Nasty and Smelled. Was Flies everywhere in room with Nats. Was no way I’d showered or brush my teeth in the room .I probably never book through Expedia again I didn’t ask for refund I would be ashame to let people pay money to stay there felt like something you see off movies was almost like is this real surprised state or county hasn’t shut it down was that bad」

「The floor was wet when we arrived. Freshly mopped we hoped. But the condensation gathered on the ceiling and dripped onto the floor the beg our belongings the entire stay making the floor very slippery and dirty. The water collected on the ceiling was brown like the room might have been previously a smoking room. The sheets felt gritty like sand was in them. The pool looked clean and inviting. Very friendly staff.」

「The building is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops in Cocoa Village, and has a variety of balconies to watch the water, pedestrians, and launches.We had a couple of extremely minor issues that I communicated to the owners, and they resolved them quickly. (This is not meant as a criticism, but a praise for the responsiveness. They were minor enough I would not have mentioned them in a review, otherwise).The elevator is definitely handy for any guests with mobility issues.We will...
