Equipped with all modern amenities for an easy self-catered stay, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, 5-ring induction hob, double electric oven, grill, slow cooker and large fridge-freezer.Outside, enjoy a private grassed garden with a secure area for four-legged friends - ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or dining al fresco during warmer months.The home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences for a comfortable self-catered stay. Just off the kitchen, the large utility/boot room features a Belfast sink, washer and dryer perfect for cleaning muddy boots after exploring the stunning Cumbrian countryside. For added convenience, the ground floor also includes a WC.Upstairs, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a super king bed and a superb balcony overlooking Dale View and Harris Park. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, with a table, chairs, and an infrared heater for chillier evenings. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds that can be configured into a king upon request. A handrail is provided along the length of the driveway. Additional public on-road parking for up to three cars is available directly in front of the house. Steps are required to access this property from the driveway.We welcome up to two dogs in this home and kindly ask that pets remain downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
