"We had property stolen from one of the rooms by the cleaning staff during the stay. We contacted the hotel about it, but they would not do anything in response, even provide a modest refund. Very disappointing customer service. Otherwise the hotel was lovely. "

"This is my fave hotel in Paris!! :) The price is great and the rooms are comfy and adorable. The location is incredible. 10 min away from Notre Dame and from the metro stations nearby, you can go literally anywhere in Paris easily. I cannot recommend it enough!!! Merci beaucoup :) "

"Rooms are old apartments. Ours had wood floors and very different furnishings than shown online. It was very warm and there was no air conditioning as in hotels so be aware as we didn’t see that posted. Common areas are clean. Desk clerks are sufficient but not overly friendly. You service your own apartment while there. Not a problem. Best is location, around the corner from many incredible restaurants as well as sites. Bus stop directly in front to get you around town easily. Train from airport just a 4-5 minute walk. If these cute apartments were to be updated, modernized a bit, we would stay again."

"Bed was too firm and pillows as well. Unable to control air flow system in room. Room was nice and clean daily. Location ideal except for local bar that was hosting many late night parties into the early morning. Breakfast was not included. Had to pay for coffee before 11am. "
