"There were sone intial complications during check-in but the receptionist finally got it resolved. The hotel is fantastic. The sauna is clean. Walls are a bit thin so i can hear other tenants but very clean and staff are very friendly! I recommend!"

"I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, but the desk clerk was able to accommodate me by replacing my double room reservation with two single room reservations for the corrrect day and didn't charge me any additional fees for what was truly my mistake."
