This is a hotel in a motorway services that we stopped at for 1 night prior to a flight out of Gatwick - for this purpose it was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet, and a 30 minute drive from the airport. A number of food choices including a pizza express restaurant. Parking can be busy, but is best near the coaches at the far left of the hotel and you give reception your reg number. All in all a good stay.

Room was clean-ish. The carpet in hallways leading to the room was absolutely disgusting. Front staff was friendly, although the early morning person was new and couldn't offer any information about the local taxi service.

Great food options next door with 24hr mcdonalds if needed food for late arrival.easy to get to from heathrow. Comfortable beds & good shower power with nice toiletries. Didnt like dust in room on shelves & fittings. Very untidy corridors with hoovers/trolleys on arrival at 1am.

The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned or made up. There were no glasses in the next room, and the following morning when I asked the young lady at reception to borrow two, she was reluctant to part with them. I also asked her have another pillow placed in the room, and this didn't happen. Ramada hotels we stay with internationally, have friendly, competent and efficient staff. Now we have experienced "Ramada Faulty Towers Cobham". Disappointing!
