"Carpet at doorway was a bit warm but overall the room was very nice and clean. Heater fan was a bit noisy but just warmed room and shut for the night. Personal at desk said they would note this and will be looked after. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was wonderful."

"Room was right next to the lobby, can hear every noise and person and check in. Hockey team was loud all night, can hear every noise in the morning for breakfast set up. Did not sleep at all due to noise. AC/heat unit made the most awful screeching noise, did not matter what setting it was on. Conditioner bottle contained shampoo and shower head had one working mode that was jet. Was almost painful to shower. At the end of the day it was a place to stay but I would not stay again. "

"Lost out on over $200. CAUSE they said i was a day late for my reservation. Saying my reservation was made for Thursday February 26 when i triple check the date on the app that it was for Fridays February 27-28. But the customer is always wrong when it comes to technology. Really unfair, all i was offered was 25 one cash. I would take a reimbursement in one cash. But as a First Nation Indigenous person, im used to not being believed. I will always be in the wrong. So, yes my experienced really unfair. So Expedia...... i guess enjoy your win. Signed unhappy long time customers "

"We had a couple of questions during our stay snd he was very responsive. We also loved the layout of the house. My Mom snd her sister had the upstairs; two bed rooms with a full bath and kitchen. My Sister and I had the downstairs, but it also had a kitchenette, its own living room and bathroom. We were able to all have breakfast in the morning, snd have some separation in the evening."
