"Pretty standard hotel. Parking is extra and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but they have complimentary coffee and tea, so I guess that makes up for it? Skywalk acess from the hotel was a nice feature."

"The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. "

"I didnt check out the gym, but the place was pretty decent for the price! Clean and afforable. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options! The room was spacious and cozy with a place to get work done if needed along with a kitchenette sink. The neighborhood was a good area too. We got double charged because I booked through the Expedia app and the receptionist somehow didnt know. So make sure to let them know you paid in the app before swiping any sort of deposit ! I am sill waiting for my payment to be put back on my card and it's been almost a week. "

"All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open while showering). I would stay here again when in the twin cities. "
