「Loved the design/decor! Would definitely recommend but be aware that its a third floor walk up with narrow stairwells so it wouldn't be good for a guest with mobility issues.」

「Henry was prompt in answering questions. There is a great garage to park in with EV chargers. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway. 」

「Great apartment, great host. There was a minor issue with the place. The host went out of her way to get things fixed for us. The parking is off-street, which is a huge plus. Kitchen was well-equipped, and had silverware and dishes. The place also had a Keurig and K-cups. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」
