"Bathroom was not able to close and lock. no shampoo or conditioner in shower. dirty beds entry door lock loose almost falling off. everything a mess. Bad place to stay never again"

One elevator was broken and the other was moving very slow and at one point didn't open on our floor after staying stopped for a couple minutes, it then went back to the fourth floor and that elevator ended up breaking. Only the stairs could be used. Breakfast is not good."

"Very immaculate property. Comfortable lobby with fireplace that actually warms you. Spacious room and bath with nice furnishings and fixtures. Two negatives. The blinds only closed partway on the windows and the bright night lights by the bike trail shine in at night. Also the soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear both adjacent and across the hall guests in my room."
