"The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very little english. Mind you check out is noon and I had not communicated that we had vacated the property AT ALL!!!! So now Hilton shows no record of the complaint. Now I have to take time out of my day to call the hotel to see what the status is for this inconvenience."

"The indoor-outdoor pool was too cold for us, so we enjoyed the hot tub instead. The room was clean, and the hotel was fairly quiet. Because of food allergies, we did not have the breakfast or complimentary drinks/food in the evening. The only complaint would be that only one elevator was running, and it was pretty packed."

"Breakfast definitely could be improved. Room was clean bed and pillows were nice. No hot water one night. Never a staff person in sight, ever. It was ok, served its purpose a place to sleep. Traffic noise was pretty loud. It was just ok, probably wouldnt stay there again, would pass on by, many other options at same price point."
