He was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even helped us find a great golf course nearby, which was a perfect way to unwind after work.Overall, another fantastic experience. "I didn’t know there were 2 types of property. By using Expedia, we were put into the lower class of property & it was cold, outside entrance, & couldn’t change the temp. Bedding was very comfortable."

"Our check in was smooth without issue. Our room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, everything functioned. The hot tub and pool where both functional and being well used. Breakfast had wide variety, but many items were cool to cold, not warm or hot, at 8:00 to 8:15. Check out was easy."
