"Best place I’ve ever stayed at a finger lake! Cozy and comfortable cottage. A feeling of home. View was impeccable! Very clean! Just so relaxing with the family. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the kayak. First time in the kayak. She didn’t want to come out! lol! My lab loved every bit of it! Met the hosts. Very welcoming and friendly! "Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"The property was awesome for our two couple group. We love the fingerlakes and spend a lot of time here. So much nicer( and cheaper) than staying at a hotel. The house was cute and cozy. Nice porches for hanging out. We were tasting Saturday and Sunday, it’s a perfect location. We will be back. The home owner was very easy and available to communicate with."

"We had a great stay in Geneva. The Wine Down Bungalow is clean, spacious and perfect for a few nights away. We had the dock to ourselves for the solar eclipse. Great space to stare out onto the lake. Our first morning, the shower water did not get hot. The owners were quick to respond and it was fixed immediately. Very responsive and easy to deal with. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute place to stay about a ten minute drive away from the center of Geneva."

We needed the large number of bedrooms, and having adequate space on both the main level and lower level was important, since we had cool weather and much of our time was spent indoors.
