This home is a renovated century home situated on a quiet, residential street but just a 5 minute walk to some of Ohio City's most popular landmarks and staples.

It has 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds with quality linens that are professionally laundered. All rooms have ample closet space for short and long stays alike!

Our living room is a wonderful place to gather as a group and relax! Our TV is equipped with a number of streaming services so you can log in using your credentials

The Kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking and eating utensils. We also have a coffee station with coffee grounds, sugar and cream. The kitchen has direct access to our private backyard which has a charcoal grill, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor furniture to both dine and relax!

We ensure that the home is as kid friendly as possible. A pack-n-play is available upon request and we keep some toys and games for little ones stocked just in case! We are steps away from a recently updated city park which is perfect for young children!

Ohio City is the vibrant neighborhood of Cleveland which blends the old with the new. Ohio City itself was originally incorporated in the early 1800’s as a rival to the City of Cleveland across the Cuyahoga River. Merchants and residents set up the Ohio City neighborhood on the bluffs of the river and close to the lake to take advantage of this bustling commercial spot. You can access the unit in the back of the property and it's located up one flight of stairs. You can park in the back driveway off the alley, or park in Street. You are within walking distance from some of the most popular bars and restaurants in the city. Anything else is a 5-10 minute uber ride!

There is an old world charm about Ohio City - a strong-knit community where you'll find people taking a walk with their small kids or their dogs, out for a run, grabbing coffee at the great local coffee shops (a 5 minute walk away!) and enjoying the local restaurants. You'll be in the heart of Ohio City's top restaurants, breweries and bars. The West Side Market is a 7 minute walk away and within a 3 minute drive you'll hit Tremont's restaurant and bar lined streets, and downtown Cleveland's best and Stadium! The Cleveland Clinic is a 10 minute drive away as well.

The home is located 2 minutes off the highway and a few minutes from downtown Cleveland. We are surrounded by restaurants and cafes all within a couple minutes walk and only a 10 minute walk to the famous West 25th Street filled with restaurants, ice cream parlor, the West Side Market, as well as a large grocery store, Dave’s. Driving times to the Stadium or other venues downtown is 5 minutes - the Cleveland Clinic is 10 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are always available day and night around Ohio City and only a couple minutes’ away when you order!

Clean rental, however door did not lock half the time. Bottom door handle was just there for show. Stairs were very icy and steep in the snow. Rental had general wear and tear which a pipe exposed through the ceiling near the TV. There was not a lot of seating in the living room which is surprising for a rental that sleeps 6 comfortably. Just honest feedback here. We enjoyed the time we were there.
