「We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery. 」

「Never saw anyone from property to check if everything was ok, only saw a handy man. No trash cans only at reception. No lighting for foot path to pod in dark. Cover missing on extractor fan in shower. Bleach stains on towels. No pillow protectors. No dish washer as listed in description. Asked to check out at 12.00 noon, states on listing check out 1pm. Kitchen area and shower rom nice and clean. Can't believe no one came to see if all was ok.」

「My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second...

「We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. 」
