I enjoyed my stay in the cute little bungalow. It felt like a perfect little retreat for a few days. The staff at the restaurant/office were very friendly and helpful. I liked that I could walk to the restaurant for supper every night and not have to drive anywhere.

We chose to stay here on the basis of great reviews on this site but we must have rented a not-so-good room. Our room had a pervasive mildew odour. Glassware was dirty. Neither of those things were the end of the world, but what was more concerning was the very strong gas smell coming from the rattly heater during the night. We had to open all windows all night long because of worry about gas inhalation and we hardly slept because of our concern. Look this is a stunning part of the world and this looks like a cozy caravan park, but the room we were in was not great.

Used tissue left beside the bed. Visible dirt in the entranceway. Run down. Toilet paper holder ripped out of the wall with hole in drywall. If you want a cheap place and don’t mind a little dirt and disrepair, then this is the place to stay.
