We rented two chairs and an umbrella for the day and used them from 11 am to 9 pm. The server from the bar checked on us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. Every employee had great customer service, from the valets, to the front desk, to the concierge, to house keeping. This property seems to operate at capacity 24/7 so they work very hard to keep the property clean for guest. Our room, pool area, gym, and other common areas were clean. "
