"This is a new property having only opened in the last few weeks. The room was clean, and well cared for except that the HOUSEKEEPING could have been more responsive and thorough. We had to request extra towels and a blanket for 2 days before we received them. The stair way doors were never cleaned—they still had construction dust on them. Additionally, the hallways did not have the Ac on a comfortable level. Standing at the elevator, you could sweat because it was set to 78degreez for the whole time. The room ac would freeze you out, thus the need for the extra blanket EVEN with the ac set to 75degrees. Additionally the HOT WATER wasn’t. I could barely take warm shower, much less a hot bath!! a Luke warm shower was all I could get. Even after letting the water run to get hot. The walls were thin, we heard conversations WELL after midnight from next door, and arguing from down the hall. Do NOT use the guest laundry, it ruined a shirt. HOWEVER—the room -as a basic studio- was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was large and spacious with a large apt/dorm size fridge with a large freezer. (No dishes or utensils). The location was a bit difficult to locate, with our GPS taking us 7 miles away. It was 5-7 minutes to town center and shopping. Easy access once you knew where it was. We definitely recommend!! Book by 3rd party for the best rates!! We wound up extending for 3days. Great budget extended stay!!"

"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I want my money back."

"Old amenities, rooms have old furnitures, the ac in my room was leaking into the room rug which made the room have a smell I told this to receptionist and he said I’ll come take a look he never came, ice machine was broken throughout the hotel, I told the same person at the desk and he said go upstairs, I came back told him it’s broken also he shrugged and said sorry guess no ice. It’s was poor all around… paid pet fee only for them to tell me well you have to take your dog everywhere you go… really not a pet friendly hotel, they just can accommodate pets because they get an extra charge of them.. "
