> check out is by 10:00am - to allow cleaners to get the house cleaned and ready for the next guest. 1) Take the trash from all rooms and kitchen and toss in the trash bins outside by the garage.
2) Ensure all TV remotes, Adjustable bed remotes and ceiling fan remotes are put back to the correct room location. - $100.00 Service fee for lost or broken remote controls.
3) Collect & put all the dirty TOWELS in the washing machine, add detergent - then press the "START" button to start the cycle. Travel safe and we wish you all the best. Joy and Andrew

Our host was very responsive and there were enough beds to house a large party of guests. There are also three master bathrooms which helps if you are traveling with adults.

This home was perfect for my family. We were in town for a wedding and we were very close to the venue as well as our Houston family. We loved that we were also close to grocery stores and shopping. The communication with the hosts was great. They responded very quickly to any concerns we had and was very accommodating.

We loved the house and the area. My only issue was that there wasn't enough TVs for all the bedrooms that were there.
