Picturesque, quiet, with park and playground amenities. Ample space and privacy with a back patio with red rock and Mingus Mountain views. Less than a mile away from the Tuzigoot National Monument and Verde River, and the historic Verde Valley Railway. Enjoy kayaking, tubing, fishing, and hiking along the scenic river.

Pretty clean and comfortable home. Has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There was a welcome gift basket that was a very nice touch with some snacks, pickleball gear and advice for attractions in the area. Neighborhood is also very nice quiet and safe. I would definitely travel here with my family again

We had a great time at Grace’s place for 4 nights. The house is spotless and tastefully decorated. One of the cleanest short term rentals we have ever stayed. Well stocked with everything you need. Located In a quiet neighborhood with a sports park. 27 minutes from Sedona. Grace is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back for our next visit.

Girls' Trip

This property was one of the best we've ever stayed at, and there have been about 20! The beds and linens are comfy, it had nice bathrooms, and outdoor furniture that invites you to enjoy outside. We ate out all 4 days, but the kitchen has anything you would need. Fantastic host, Grace, got back to us within hours of any email or question. She had suggestions for places to eat and things to do. If we were to ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Simply Amazing

Grace was extremely accommodating & very helpful! The house is spotless! Very tastefully decorated & lots of personal touches like cold bottled water, toothbrushes, high end shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Not to mention the kitchen has everything you can think of; spices, juicer, instapot, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and well cared for. Very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a lot of space! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for hosting us! We absolutely loved our stay.
