Great value for the money wood in the room could be up dated food and drinks were very expensive

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Too many non-guest present for convention that were not kept separate from guest. Minor room damage- bathroom door would not stay closed. FedEx within property lost mailed package. Not a large presence of guest services to seek assistance from during stay.

The resort and staff were great, friendly, the only thing about room service that was disappointed was when they came to clean, a glass of water from the room was sitting there with water for 3 days and didn't get replaced, and floor was not vacuum as some flower seeds had been dropped. I felt they did clean, they just reorganize and stock up on towels.
