「Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly.
