Room had the bare necessities, staff was quick for check in and check out, breakfast could’ve had more options, but the AC was so loud it woke me up multiple times and the room had a connecting door to the room next to it so it had very thin walls and could hear the family next door late at night and very early at 7am

The property is very clean and safe. When checking in to get my key after a long day I had to hear a sales pitch. Upon my lost 15 minutes the key was not issued. When checking out for 10 am sharp I was checked out automatically at 9:35 while loading my car. They staff lacks tack and communication. I would not stay there again due to the fact I was late for my engagements Friday night and Sunday morning. Just unacceptable

The place is exceptional and met all of our needs and then some

The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider. There was another gray haired bellman that assisted me as well during my stay he was so friendly and helpful as well. The room was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Being right at the Florida mall was a great way to spend my time, and plenty of different food locations- something for everyone. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will in the future as well.
