"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Ideal location for getting the bus into Oxford. Room size, layout and furniture all good. Mattress too hard for me (not a great night's sleep) but fine for my husband. Ceiling cobwebs. Bathroom door needed cleaning. Sink cracked. Bathroom otherwise beautifully clean. Nice toiletries. Wi-fi very patchy. Staff were good and attentive."

"It was a lovely family room we stayed at. It was refurbished and nice. But the toilet floor was a bit dirty with dust from the refurbishment. Staffs were very helpful and we had a great service from the breakfast. Parking was easy. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was brilliant. We very enjoyed it. The hotel got a bar/restaurant and Starbucks. Also there are Tenpin, cinema, restaurants and Asda supermarket nearby. It is very convenient for family to stay for a short break. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."

"Staff were brilliant and polite , the location was perfect for access to the main sites to see . There is a cracking little walk from the hotel to the river which gives you a nice evening walk to the folly bridge to then walk into the main area Only issue I have is the ev car charges need to be upgraded as they were extremely slower than usual , charged for 20 hours and only got 15% in it .. but did see this also on other reviews . The room was very quiet and clean . Definately recommend it , the breakfast was very good also with a big selection ."

"A lovely property for a family holiday. It was very clean and well equipped, the children loved the large garden with the “secret” parts to it. We enjoyed being able to walk around the Adventure grounds and the children loved the woods. The property is slightly on the tatty side but that added to its charm and we didn’t feel that we needed to be worried with the children. We had a super weekend there and would definitely stay again. A big thank you to Jenni who responded quickly to all queries before we arrived and could not have been more helpful."
