honestly, it's just a room and a bathroom. Yeah it's clean, but I didn't find anything notable and I wouldn't stay there again. Very cheap with the amenities. Half a roll of toilet paper. Two paper cups. Nothing cozy about the bed. No extra blankets. Not very comfortable Small balcony overlooking a down-market area. Not for me.

Property is a condo that was divided into hotel rooms. No reception desk. Had to go up stairs to get to the elevator to get to our room. No restaurant. No concierge. Not a hotel. Noisy building. Way overpriced.

No communication from property and if there was then it was too late. This is not a hotel but a private residence! You need a code to get in the building and to the supposed “suites”. Phone calls were never answered, text messages or what’s app messages were answered hours or even a day later. Absolutely horrible and for them to charge me for not even being in the property once is horrible, glad I have travel insurance.

There was no communication from Riveria Suites. We called and texted and no response. We were unable to go in and leave our luggage we stood outside for 2 hrs with 6 bags of luggage. This is terrible customer service and I want a refund. We had to scrabble to get a room with 5 ships in harbour.

We booked this over a year ago mainly based on the positive reviews. For example, breakfast being brought up to the room and assistance with booking taxi to port etc Our experience was quite the opposite. On arrival we had no details of how to enter the property. Thankfully, someone was leaving so we were at least able to enter the main building. We then found the entrance door to the three apartments. Thankfully, there was a telephone number for us to call Although initially we were met with we do not have a booking for you! We were then asked to communicate via WhatsApp. Then we were given access codes but the detail was poor. We later messaged about breakfast and were told there is a voucher in a drawer. We could not find a voucher but through a video call we then found it right at the back of the drawer. There was an adjacent customer going through the same procedure so at least I was able to help them at the same time. Breakfast is served at a café around the corner, but very basic - eg one coffe and a croissant On arrival, we had to go searching for a bottle of water as there was nothing supplied. There was a coffee facility but I could not tell you if it worked or not as it looked poorly stocked. The window shutter we were unable to pull down as it was getting stuck halfway. This meant we had excessive light at nighttime so could not sleep We asked if he was able to help with taxi to the airport, but he said we had left it too late. Assume changed ownership

Al momento de la reservacion decia que tenian estacionamiento o servicio de Valet, pues no es mentira no tiene estacionamiento ni servicio de valet tienes que buscar puesto en la calle preguntar y saber donde lo puedes parar para evitar problemas de multas o incomodidades. De lo demas es un hotel por llamarlo de alguna manera que solo funciona para una noche antes de ir en crucero por lo demas no tiene ningun tipo de amenities como hotel.

This property was very hard to access, poor details from the start with no access initially to the property, had to ring agent to gain access to building, very poor access and stairs to climb with baggage to a very cramped lift Stairs were used to access the apartment and try to get entry into apartment Overall we would not recommend this apartment for travellers

We were not able to gain access to the room. “suite” is in an apartment building, code for first door worked, second door was locked. No response with calls to contact property or chat. DO NOT BOOK HERE

A little confusing to begin with…rooms are in a building but you can’t get in without someone coming out. Once in, easy to find. AWESOME Staff gave us our pick of rooms, clean, location is amazing! Once you get checked-in and have the keys, you can come and go easily. There are a few steps before getting to the elevator. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

If you are looking for a Hotel experience, this is not it. it seems like the owner, who was nice, had rented or purchased a few apts in an apt building, but when we arrived at 1:30pm, we had to wait in a non-airconditioned lobby, until 3 pm when he arrived to let us in and the heat was unmerciful.If you a senior citizen be aware that you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get the elevator

Cannot get in flight delayed until 11pm... stranded in italy. Finally after 3 hours a young couple and got us to a new place so we could sleep... no help... no front desk... worst experience ever....

Ligger perfekt til hvis du skal på et cruise, renholdet var heller dårlig. Vi hadde balkong men denne var skitten. Vanskelig å finne frem da det ikke var godt skiltet. Heisen funket ikke, og den hadde plass til 1 person. Bra med varmepumpe på rommet slik at du selv kunne bestemme temp.

EVERYTHING!!!!! NO FRONT DESK AND NO RECEPTION AT ALL. LEFT STRANDED AT 12:30 am...code given would not open door. Finally a young couple helped us at 3:30am and took us to a new place.

We travelled from overseas and didn't have WiFi The instructions to enter property should be given in advance. The floor was dusty. We were given breakfast (coffee and pastry) after we went out and paid for our own breakfast. Again poor communication.Not for family

Easy for catching the ferry

Good location, easy place to stay when catching a ferry. No bells and whistles. Not the cleanest (needs a deep clean.) would recommend bedside lights as no treading lights.
