"The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and in such a convenient location. Everything is walking distance. Beautiful hotel, and very accommodating. 10/10! If I find myself in Phoenix again I will most likely stay here again."

"The floor was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't even close. The shower had stains. The sink didn't drain. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll which was only a half of a roll, so we had to get more toilet paper. No Kleenex so you had to use your limited toilet paper. No closet just a metal rack to hang your clothes. It was a non-smoking room but people stand outside their room and smoke so the air conditioner sucks it into your room. The picture on Expedia gives you false belief that it has a rooftop patio. It is on the street and on the corner of busy and busier. "

"The photos are so misleading. This hotel is old, outdated, and not in good condition. The area feels very unsafe. Homeless people and shady activity in the surrounding streets. Nearby parking is $30-45 per day. Do not come here. "

"Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were nice, however it appears that the valet and restaurant staff were not staffed and perhaps not trained appropriately. Since I booked an accessible room, I assumed there would be a rail by the toilet and a rail at the entrance of the shower to enter safely. Although there was one rail in the shower one would have to first step into the shower before it can be reached - not good for safety. One morning we had no hot water in the shower. After I reported it they sent their engineer who fixed the problem. Although our stay was not perfect, I would still recommend the hotel as I believe the issues we experienced can be addressed by management. "
