"We loved the atmosphere, public spaces. The size of the rooms are amazing. Rugs and bathrooms are not clean enough. The use of iron beams for the bed is rough on your shins. A lot going good here. Staff really sweet and working well. "

"As a budget traveler, I've stayed in a few rat holes. This motel made the list due to its filthy exterior, the interior stairwell and crumbling of the parking lot. The room itself is outdated, but generally clean (although the bedspread had a cigarette hole). The personnel at this property lack any personality whatsoever, but at least were polite at check in. The neighborhood is downright dangerous. I should've done more research. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. "

"My girlfriend and I only stayed one night. We had a room with two queen beds. They had everything in that room. They do have coffee, caffeine and decaf. The shower is very spacious and comfortable, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and a blow dryer every single staff person that we interacted with was lovely, friendly eye contact just a pleasure. We enjoyed our ourselves and slept very, very well even though it’s by a train track couldn’t hear the train in the morning. We opened the window and luckily we were in the area where the sun rises. We are window faced . So we saw a beautiful sunrise had some coffee went down and had breakfast interacted with the valet. The staff in the breakfast and everything was just so very very pleasant. We enjoyed it and I will definitely go back."

"This is not a hotel- it’s an apartment building that I assume wasn’t selling so they are pretending to run a hotel out of it. Upon check in they pulled out a binder full of random key fobs and then assigned it to a room, and said the room number to the room full of people. The AC was not on and when I turned it on it did not ever get cooler than 78 degrees in the apartment, even overnight. At 10:30pm someone was able to unlock my room and if I hadn’t put a separate door lock on, would have been able to walk right into my room. It was very scary and I reached out to three different numbers for this location before someone responded to me- the text line and the chat through Expedia did not get a response until the morning, and I had to use a number from my original booking email to get someone on the phone. She was uncaring and just kept saying it had been taken care of— I did not feel safe. Instead of a refund they offered 30% off my next stay— what a slap in the face. "
