評価が良かったが、古びたモーテルで、元気の人に聞くとちょっと前までは非常に治安が悪く近づけないエリアだったとのこと。部屋は裸足では絶対歩けないらほど汚くスリッパは必須です。数時間でスリッパの裏が真っ黒になりました。でも、ベットは清潔で古いですが冷蔵庫や電子レンジも付いていていました。しかし、深夜までうるさく、ズンズンと音がしてました。

I stayed for one night and it was Great ! stay . The first room that was offer I didn’t like but the staff had no problem moving me into a room I liked . Everything in the room worked and satisfied my needs , I had a non smoking room so I had to smoke outside . The outside wasn’t so good but the city view was nice , it’s was a 9/10 stay for me

Looks rundown on outside but super nice and clean on the inside. Highly recommend. Great location with balconies in all the rooms. I really enjoyed this spot and it has free parking!

This is a typical bare bones hotel that's a bit aged. However, they are in the process of renovating so things may change when that is done. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating. It's a 15-minute walk to Mortgage Matchup Center so staying here saved us a ton of money for parking and the hassle of getting out of the parking lot at the three events we attended there over the weekend. I would stay again.

This hotel is fine, great location to all the music venues in downtown and included parking is a plus. Internet not password protected so didn't use that. The rooms are updated and clean, some of the plugs didn't work. The property could use a good spruce up. For a discounted price not a bad deal if you're just looking for somewhere to crash.

We've stayed here a couple of times and really like it. The balconies are amazing as we can have food/drinks and the balcony, people watch, and listen to some music that's coming from the van bueren space. Love it

I was in town for a concert and the venue was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I stayed in this area before and the hotels were bad. The Central Phoenix is at the time I stayed going through renovations. The room was updated and clean. The one thing I missed was "coffee", you'd think it would be easy to put a 2-cup brewer in the room. Also, a safe would be nice. The staff were nice.
