We had a really lovely stay at Flormentor 1.

The villa is terrific, with a lovely pool, lots of space inside and out. Ciutadella is a beautiful town which we visited three times. We drove into town rather than walking as the walk would have been a little bit long in the hot weather. The views from the villa were lovely. I would really recommend this as a place to stay. There were four of us - a couple and two grown up children.

Tres bien

Strongly recommended!

The house is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool area just in front of the terrace is very well-maintained. The kids loved the table tennis and pool table outside. It is calm but very close to Ciutadella at the same time. Strongly recommended!

Clean, spacious, quiet, remote- perfect for a few days of holiday

Clean, spacious, quiet, remote- perfect for a few days of holiday. We were four guests and found the grounds lovely and spacious. Only two bathrooms made it a bit tight though and the beds are quite old, you can feel the springs throughout your body. That said, it was more than fine for the four nights we were there. The home was very clean upon arrival, especially the pool which was perfect. The ac in each room worked very well and the sitting areas are just fine. Do note however, the 3rd party rental agency running this home does not provide sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap in bathrooms. The space is literally empty besides the furniture. Expect to make a run to the store for the bare bones basics. We found it poor form that our host couldn’t provide a few trash bags and more than two toilet paper rolls. Otherwise, for a short stay, this place is really good.
