Cottage-Style villa with the benefit of WI-FI, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms , set back the street and surrounded by hedges. Two steps down from the street is a small gate and a pathway leading to the front door of the villa. On the either side of the path is a grassed area. The front door is to the right of an arched shaded terrace which overlooks the pool area.

Entrance is directly into a light and airey lounge/dining area which has a beamed ceiling and an archway leading into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished in typical Menorquin lounge onto the shaded front terrace and the garden and pool area are just beyond.

To the inmediate right of the front door is an archway leading through to the bedrooms. There is a twin bedroom wiht fitted wardrobes. Next door to this is the family bathroom and fully tiled in typical Menorcan style. A little further along the hallway is the double bedroom. This main bedroom has the facilities of an en suite bathroom. A second twin bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, is situated immediately to the left.

All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

The kidney shaped pool is set in mature gardens and is accessed by Roman steps. The gardens are fully hedged and offer areas of lawn and terrace and much of it is nicely secluded. The barbecue is to the rear of the pool, handy for both the kitchen and covered terrace.for al fresco dining.
