When we checked in our three rooms were all the same with two queens with a mandatory deposit that the desk clerk guaranteed us to get our deposit back for all three rooms. Hopefully, the property will do the right thing and refund each room, as the desk clerk said we would get the deposit when we checked out. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.」

But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. 「we checked into our room and i was shocked! badly stained carpet dirty and the floor. the bed looked as if the covers were just pulled up. the bathroom black dark rings around the tub.. the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about the customer. small town not much to choose from therfore there is a great opportunity to get a better rati g just not this visit. the staff save this from being a really bad rating. pay your...
