「Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.」

「Great entertainment, friendly staff. Room did not have bottled water, did not have fridge then received a fridge but it did not keep anything cold. Good wine selection. Food was okay but kinda bland. 」

「私の泊まった日/部屋が悪かったのか、ネットが使えずテレビもみれませんでした。ドアにテレビがみれなかったという前に宿泊した人のメッセージがあったのですが、読まれてなかったみたいです。また空港送迎サービスをeメールでお願いしたのですが、何日たっても返事がなかったのでメールでキャンセルしました。その数日後に「空港に迎えに行く」とメールがありました。多分ネットが不安定のようなので空港ピックアップはお願いしない方がいいのかなと思いました。それ以外は大体良かったです。」

「Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

「Great place to stay with famil and grind. Quite place, a lot of entertainment on site sit. International food to suit everyone around the day and mainly night, calm place to enjoy around the swimming pool.」

「We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. 」
